Terms of Service

TISH is a loyalty point program operated by Bishnu Dev Changkakoti (insiderOne Technologies FZE LLC / Aurist Private Limited) ("we", "us", "the operator"). TISH points ("TISH") are non-monetary utility credits earned by users through specific actions on connected platforms.

TISH is comparable to airline miles, retail loyalty points, or gaming credits. They exist solely within the TISH ecosystem and have no value outside of it.

TISH points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not represent ownership of any asset. Earning, holding, or spending TISH creates no financial rights of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TISH. By using TISH, you represent that you meet this requirement.

TISH is not available to users in jurisdictions where loyalty point programs, utility credits, or similar mechanisms are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether TISH is permitted in your jurisdiction.

Users in the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States may face additional requirements under applicable law. We may require identity verification before allowing access to certain features.

TISH is earned exclusively through user actions on connected platforms, such as completing profile sections, saving content, or achieving streaks. Specific earn rates are set by each platform within the limits defined in the TISH Constitution.

TISH is never earned as a result of a monetary payment. Referral bonuses are triggered by a referred user completing registration, not by any payment made by that user. This is by design.

Earn rates may change with 30 days' notice. We reserve the right to correct erroneous TISH allocations.

There is a maximum earn cap per platform per day. Automated or scripted activity to earn TISH is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

TISH may be spent on platform features, AI credits, and benefits as defined by each connected platform. Spent TISH flows to the platform treasury and is not destroyed.

TISH rebates (a percentage of TISH spent returned to the spender) are credits within the ecosystem and have no monetary value. The term "rebate" refers to TISH returning to your balance only.

TISH cannot be transferred between users, sold, gifted, or exchanged for money or any other form of value outside the ecosystem.

Your TISH balance determines your tier (Builder, Curator, Pioneer, Architect). Tier benefits are subject to these Terms and the TISH Constitution and may be modified with 30 days' notice.

Architect status is maintained for the life of your account provided your account remains in good standing and these Terms are not violated. No tier benefit constitutes a financial promise.

The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue tier benefits if required by law, operational necessity, or material change in circumstances, with reasonable notice to affected users.

The first 10,000 users who join the waitlist and complete registration may be designated Founding Members and receive an enhanced earn rate multiplier as described on the platform.

The Founding Member multiplier is a platform benefit with no monetary value. It may be modified if required by law or operational changes, with notice. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee Founding Member status.

We may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit your TISH balance without notice if you: violate these Terms; engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the earn system; use automated tools to earn TISH; or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.

TISH is not property. Forfeiture of TISH upon account termination creates no legal claim against the operator.

TISH is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument under any applicable law including the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992; the Securities Act of 1933 (US); or any equivalent legislation.

We do not make any representation about the future availability, utility, or development of TISH. The roadmap published on tishlabs.com describes intentions only and is not a promise, contract, or guarantee.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, the TISH Constitution, earn rates, tier thresholds, and platform benefits. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via the email address on your account.

Continued use of TISH after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability to any user is limited to zero, as TISH has no monetary value and no financial loss can arise from its use.

We are not liable for platform downtime, earn rate errors, third-party platform failures, or any indirect or consequential loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be referred to the Grievance Officer. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.

For users in the EU, applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence are not excluded by this clause.
