Version 1.0 · Ratified: 1 July 2026 · Operator: Bishnu Dev Changkakoti · insiderOne Technologies FZE LLC / Aurist Private Limited
This document establishes the foundational rules of TISH Protocol. Immutable rules cannot be changed by any party, including the creator. Governed rules require a community vote. Flexible rules may be adjusted by the operator with 30 days' notice.
The total supply of TISH is fixed at exactly 1,000,000,000 (one billion). No additional TISH may ever be created by any party, including the protocol operator, under any circumstance.
The Community Rewards Pool of 300,000,000 TISH is released gradually over time at a rate that can only decrease, never increase. The full emission schedule is maintained in a public append-only ledger.
Deployment of Platform Treasury TISH for new platform launches, grants, or community events requires a governance vote with a simple majority of Pioneer and Architect tier members.
TISH may only be earned through user actions on connected platforms. TISH may never be earned as a direct result of a monetary payment. Referral bonuses are triggered by a referred user completing registration, not by any payment.
Standard earn rates are: creation action +2 TISH (daily cap: 10 per platform); content imported by others +5 TISH; collection imported +15 TISH; referral registers +25 TISH; 7-day streak 2× multiplier.
Connected platforms may adjust their earn rates within ±10% of the standard rates. Any rate outside this range requires a governance vote.
Daily earn caps exist per platform to prevent abuse. Caps may be adjusted by the operator with 30 days' notice.
TISH may never be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into any monetary value, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument by any party, including the protocol operator.
All TISH spent on any connected platform is routed: 80% to the Platform Treasury of that platform, 20% to the Protocol Operations Fund. This routing cannot be altered without a governance vote.
TISH spent on governance votes is permanently removed from circulation. This is the only mechanism by which TISH supply is reduced.
Tier thresholds (Builder 0–499, Curator 500–1,999, Pioneer 2,000–9,999, Architect 10,000+) may only be changed by a governance vote. Thresholds may only be raised, never lowered, to protect existing tier holders.
Existing tier benefits may not be removed without a governance vote. New benefits may be added by the operator at any time.
Architect status, once achieved, is maintained for the life of the user's account unless the account is suspended for Terms of Service violations. Removal of this protection requires a governance vote with a supermajority (75%) of current Architect members.
Pioneer and Architect tier members may submit governance proposals and vote. Architect members have 10× voting weight. Builder and Curator members may observe and comment but not vote.
Any eligible member may submit a proposal via the governance portal. Proposals require a 7-day discussion period followed by a 7-day voting period. Simple majority passes ordinary proposals; 75% supermajority required for constitutional amendments.
A minimum of 1% of eligible members must vote for a result to be valid. If quorum is not reached, the proposal lapses and may be resubmitted after 30 days.
Every connected platform must sign the TISH Platform Agreement before going live. Operating a TISH-earning platform without a signed Agreement is a violation of this Constitution and will result in delisting.
No connected platform may display, imply, or suggest a monetary value for TISH in any currency. Violation results in immediate delisting pending review.
Connected platforms submit to quarterly protocol audits. The audit checklist is published on tishlabs.com. Non-compliant platforms receive 30 days to remedy before delisting.
In the event of the operator's incapacitation or death, the Protocol Operations Fund shall continue to operate under the management of a nominated successor or, if none, under community governance. Detailed continuity provisions are maintained in a sealed legal document with InsiderOne's registered legal counsel.
Users must receive at least 90 days' advance notice of any material change to TISH Protocol, including but not limited to: shutdown, structural reorganization, or any change to immutable rules (which would require a constitutional amendment by governance supermajority).
If TISH Protocol is shut down, users have the right to receive a machine-readable export of their complete TISH history before shutdown. The export must remain available for at least 180 days after the shutdown announcement.
Ratification
This Constitution is ratified by Bishnu Dev Changkakoti as founder and initial operator of TISH Protocol, effective 1 July 2026. It will be submitted to community governance ratification upon activation of the governance system in Phase 2.
